State Target

It sure was nice to see all the people from around the area go down to the State Target.I think the total number of shooters was 129, and i know that 30 or more or more of them I see at the 3-D shoots At Toad Lake or Detroit lakes and at our own shoot right here in Bemidji.

What more could a person ask for 85 degrees and sunny Saturday and that made for good beer drinking that night and on Sunday 65 degrees and RAIN ALL DAY, you got to take a shower every time you shot and arrow with the rain water coming off your strings, you we always worried about your release.The archerys with lenses or glasses had there own problems.Then lets talk about the targets getting wet and not staying on the bale or tearing. So for those of us who made it thu Sunday lets just say. ” when you are given lemons and you dont like them.then make some lemon-aid”
